Orders & Delivery

How soon will my order arrive?
We pack and dispatch within 1–2 working days. UK deliveries usually take 5–7 working days. EU and international orders may take 7–14 working days depending on customs. You’ll get tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — standard UK delivery is free, and many EU destinations qualify too. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t left our warehouse, we’ll happily adjust or cancel it. UK customers also have a 30-day cooling-off period once goods are received.


Returns & Refunds

What if my glasses arrive damaged?
We’ll make it right. Just contact us within 14 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How do returns work?
You can return unused items within 30 days in their original condition. Once we receive and check your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, you can return your item and place a new order. Contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.


Products & Warranty

Are Sipono glasses dishwasher safe?
Most of our collections are dishwasher friendly, but hand-washing will extend their life. Each product page notes specific care details.

Do products come with a warranty?
Absolutely. Every Sipono purchase is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults, in line with UK consumer rights.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. Shipping times and any customs duties vary by country.

Do you have a showroom or shop?
No — Sipono is an online-only brand. This lets us keep prices fair while offering a wide, ever-growing range.

Can I order in bulk for events or business?
Yes. We work with restaurants, hotels, and event planners. Drop us a message for a custom quote.
